Due to personal hygiene concerns, All sales of KISSBOBO bras are considered final. FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds unless you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s).
For all other items to be eligible for an exchange or refund as described below:
1. KISSBOBO bra must remain unworn and unused inside its original sealed packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions that were shipped with the order. If we receive your item(s) and it does not meet our return policy terms, we will not issue a refund or replacement. Such returns will not be sent back to you.
2. Returns are accepted within 30 days after the product is delivered. If you registered as our prime member on our official website, then you will enjoy extended return time frame, which is from 30 days to 60 days.
1. Obtain return authorization and return mailing address
Please contact us for returning via email email@example.com, also make a brief description stating your reason for the return. The return mailing address will be provided in the email.
2. Pack your return and pay for return shipping
Securely pack your return item(s), and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an economical and standard carrier service that provides tracking information. Any return or exchange due to subjective reason, such as wrong size chosen, repeated purchase, etc, the shipping fee will be non-refundable.
Once inspection is complete, KISSBOBO customer service representative will email you stating that the returned item was received. Returned merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the original form and amount of payment within 3-5 business days.
All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
